A major concert event organised by the City of Tourcoing!
The event is currently being organised, and we are now looking for the headliners for the Village des commerçants. The Village will be responsible for catering for the 20,000-strong crowd, in an atmosphere of musical madness!

If you run a bar, a brewery, a restaurant, a caterer, a food-truck or any other food-related business, this message is for you!

Application form
1. PURPOSE OF THE CALL FOR PROJECTS
The aim of the call for projects is to identify 15 traders to organise the Traders’ Village on the evening of the concert, offering food and drink.
2. LOCATION AND OPENING HOURS
The Merchants’ Village will be set up in the Grand Place, in the shape of an inner “U”, and will be open to the public from 4pm to midnight (when the event ends).

3. EQUIPMENT MADE AVAILABLE
With the exception of food trucks, an arbour (3×3 metres) may be provided free of charge for each retailer. It will be equipped with a neon light and an electrical box with a maximum power of 3000 watts.
- 2 tables and 2 chairs will also be provided.
- The equipment must be returned clean and in good condition at the end of the event.
Checking electrical appliances: You must check that they are in good working order before the event and that they have the correct wattage.
4. OBLIGATIONS ET DROITS DE PLACE
The merchants selected must comply with the laws, regulations and practices in force. They must also obtain all the necessary authorisations for the event.
Retailers must comply with the following technical specifications:
- Compliance with operating conditions (regulations, opening hours, facilities, etc.)
- Compliance with food and public health regulations
- Compliance with safety and accessibility regulations for people with reduced mobility
- No broadcasting of own music
- Maintenance of facilities and space occupied
Participation fees :
- Arbour (3×3 metres) : €5 inc VAT
- Food vehicles, food trucks, shop lorries : €15.53 incl. VAT
Traders must offer their drinks only in eco-cups (not supplied by the organiser), and plastic bottles must be uncapped. Glass containers are not permitted.
5. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Applications must be sent by 30 April 2025 at the latest by e-mail to: animation@ville-tourcoing.fr. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
Applications will be assessed according to the following criteria (out of 20 points):
- Quality of the proposed offer (10 points) : Experience in small-scale catering, quality of products and relevance to the event.
- Relevance of proposed prices (10 points) : Analysis of the prices of the products offered for sale.
Notation :
- 10 points : Very satisfactory
- 7 points : Satisfactory
- 5 points : Not very satisfactory
- 2 points : Unsatisfactory
Submitting an application does not guarantee registration for the event. Each application will be examined and a reply will be given to each applicant. If the application is accepted, the Trade department will confirm your location.
